Since joining Oman Air in 2018, I’ve built my experience in international cabin operations and premium passenger service. My management support experience also gave me hands-on experience in operational reporting, manpower analysis, recruitment coordination and executive administration.

Cabin Attendant, progressing to Premium Galley Crew in March 2022. My work covers First and Business Class service, galley operations, inventory, service recovery and coordination with cabin crew and flight deck teams.

Supporting the Senior Manager Cabin Crew alongside my substantive role as Premium Galley Crew. Responsibilities included reporting, crew data analysis, recruitment support, correspondence and departmental records.
